Inspectionable plate heat exchangers.

In the inspectable plates heat exchangers the combination of several plates forms the ‘plate packs’; inside, the channels of fluid flow are created that are alternate ad upstream, licking each other’s plate faces in the opposite direction.
The “fishbone” corrugations of two adjoining plates come into contact forming a very dense network of contact points, within which the liquid is always forced to circulate with an high turbulence. This network of contact points is formed by arranging a plate with the direction of the “fihbone” oriented upwards, and the one of the nearby plate, downwards.
The alignment of the plates also determines the alignment of the four holes corners of the plates themselves. This creates four fluid supply and collection manifolds.

The exchangers are supplied with the manufacturer’s test certificate.
In the case of specific exchangers that fall into the categories in which the marking CE is required (by field of work or dimensions) they will be provided with certification according to directive 2014/68 / EU for pressure equipment.
For the cases of water-water or steam-water exchanger, it is enough to indicate:

• the required potential
• the temperature conditions
• the fluid pressure
• the load losses
