Storage tanks, also known as puffers, are commonly used in heating systems to store thermal energy produced by various sources, such as biomass boilers, heat pumps, and solar thermal systems. One of the crucial elements for the efficiency of these tanks is the "stratifier", which allows for optimal stratification of the temperature inside the tank.
