Stainless steel domestic hot water storage tanks with a shell-and-tube heat exchanger for steam

Impieghi:
Stainless steel tank specifically designed for integration with steam generators, optimized for high-intensity heat transfer.
Equipped with a pre-installed stainless steel shell-and-tube heat exchanger, the system delivers superior thermal performance thanks to its large heat exchange surface.
The modularity of the removable heat exchanger allows for simplified limescale management and scheduled maintenance, making it ideal for industrial and hospitality applications.

Costruzione:
Art. XVX: AISI 316L quality STAINLESS STEEL sheets.
Art. HEAT EXCHANGER: stainless steel tubes, expanded into a tube sheet and complete with a carbon steel return head.
Complete with steam gaskets suitable for contact with drinking water

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
Pickling and passivation treatment after completion of welding operations, suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI EN 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
5 years against manufacturing defects.
