Ultra-high-performance domestic hot water storage tanks

Impieghi:
Tank designed for the production and storage of Domestic Hot Water (DHW). The system features removable, pre-installed stainless steel shell-and-tube heat exchangers, ensuring easy maintenance.
The large heat exchange surface makes this hot water cylinder the ideal solution not only for conventional boilers, but especially for low-temperature systems such as heat pumps and solar thermal systems.

Costruzione:
Art. QT/X: Carbon steel sheets, grade S235JR EN 10025.
Art. HEAT EXCHANGER: Stainless steel tubes, expanded into a tube sheet and complete with a carbon steel return head, including food-grade EPDM gaskets.

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
Internal anti-corrosion treatment based on microceramic coating (CERAMPLAST), suitable for operation in aggressive environments and at high working temperatures.
Suitable for the use and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893.
External anti-corrosion treatment by application of anti-rust paint.

Protezione catodica:
Sacrificial magnesium anodes on threaded plug (standard – included).
Electronic anode (optional).

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI ENI 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
2 years against manufacturing defects.

Compliant with PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Art. 4.3.
