Ultra-high-performance stainless steel domestic hot water storage tanks

Impieghi:
Stainless steel tank designed for the production and storage of Domestic Hot Water (DHW). The system features removable, pre-installed stainless steel shell-and-tube heat exchangers, ensuring easy maintenance.
The large heat exchange surface makes this hot water cylinder the ideal solution not only for conventional boilers, but especially for low-temperature systems such as heat pumps and solar thermal systems.

Costruzione:
Art. XP/X: AISI 316L quality STAINLESS STEEL sheets.
Art. HEAT EXCHANGER: stainless steel tubes, expanded into a tube sheet and complete with a carbon steel return head.
Complete with food-grade EPDM gaskets.

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
Pickling and passivation treatment after completion of welding operations, suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI ENI 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
5 years against manufacturing defects.
