Stainless Steel Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers with 220 × 300 mm Flange

Impieghi:
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers specifically designed for integration and use with storage tanks, hot water cylinders and thermal energy storage systems.
Manufactured using carefully selected materials and high-precision machining processes, they ensure maximum heat transfer efficiency and high long-term reliability.
The tubes are secured to the flange using a precise mechanical tube-expanding process.
This process ensures a perfect mechanical and leak-tight seal, eliminating the risk of leakage between the primary fluid and the tank volume, even in the presence of thermal expansion and pressure fluctuations.

Costruzione:
Tube sheet: Made of robust carbon steel subjected to an electro-galvanizing treatment, a process that provides effective protection against oxidation and corrosion during operation.
Tubes: Ø18x1 stainless steel tubes, expanded into an electro-galvanized carbon steel tube sheet.
The use of stainless steel ensures excellent thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning, making them ideal even in the presence of aggressive fluids.
Suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893.
