Stainless steel domestic hot water storage tanks with two fixed helical coil heat exchangers

Impieghi:
AISI 316L stainless steel Domestic Hot Water (DHW) storage and production unit equipped with a dual internal heat exchanger, designed for integration with high-temperature heat generators.
The elliptical geometry of the heat exchanger tubes is optimized to maximize the heat exchange surface while reducing the internal footprint.
Equipped with a front inspection flange, sized to allow easy internal cleaning and removal of limescale deposits.

Costruzione:
Stainless steel sheets of AISI 316L quality.

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
Pickling and passivation treatment after completion of welding operations, suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI ENI 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
5 years against manufacturing defects.
