The magnesium anode is a sacrificial component designed to contribute to the cathodic protection of kettles intended for the production and storage of Sanitary Hot Water (ACS).
Installed inside the tank, it counteracts electrochemical corrosion phenomena by progressively wearing away in place of the metal surfaces of the storage.

Annual inspection and replacement of the anode when it is worn helps preserve the integrity of the kettle and extend its useful life

L’anodo è realizzato in lega di magnesio AZ63HP, identificata come EN-MAMgAl6Zn3, numero materiale EN 3.5114 K.
