Our brazed plate heat exchangers represent a compact, robust and highly efficient solution for heat transfer in a wide range of industrial and air conditioning applications.
Manufactured by assembling corrugated metal plates using a high-precision brazing process, our heat exchangers form a single, sealed and durable unit, eliminating the need for traditional gaskets and minimizing the risk of leaks.
How Do They Work?
The core of the heat exchanger consists of a pack of corrugated metal plates.
Joined together, the plates create a network of alternating channels in which the two fluids flow separately and in opposite directions, enabling fast and efficient heat transfer. -Compact, Space-Saving Design: The corrugated plate structure provides a large heat exchange surface within a compact footprint, making these heat exchangers ideal for installation in confined spaces. -High Thermal Efficiency: The corrugated profile creates continuous turbulent flow, optimizing heat transfer between the fluids and reducing stagnant areas. -Reduced Maintenance and Anti-Fouling Performance: The smooth internal surfaces and complete absence of cracks or gaskets minimize the formation of deposits, limescale and dirt, ensuring consistent performance over time. -Maximum Reliability: The brazed joint provides high thermal conductivity and structural strength even under demanding operating conditions.
