Designed and manufactured using high-quality materials, our serviceable plate heat exchangers ensure high standards of energy efficiency and maximum long-term durability, making them suitable for both residential applications and demanding industrial processes. How Do They Work?
The core of the heat exchanger consists of a pack of corrugated metal plates.
Clamped together, the plates create a network of alternating channels in which the two fluids flow separately and in opposite directions, enabling fast and efficient heat transfer.
Secure Sealing: Each plate is fitted with a high-strength gasket that seals the channel and accurately directs the fluids, preventing cross-contamination.
Maximum Versatility: They are the ideal solution for heating or cooling process fluids and for domestic water applications.
Shell: Carbon steel sheet, grade S235JR EN 10025, coated with RAL 7031 epoxy paint. Connections: Made of AISI 304 stainless steel threaded stubs, suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893.
Upon request, VICTAULIC, threaded flanged or welded flanged connections are available. Plates: Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
