DHW storage and production system with an external brazed plate heat exchanger

Impieghi:
Complete solution for the instantaneous production and storage of Domestic Hot Water (DHW).
The system is equipped with an external brazed plate heat exchanger, ensuring highly efficient heat transfer.
The module is supplied ready for installation, complete with a high-performance circulation pump and isolation valves to facilitate maintenance and circuit isolation operations.

Costruzione:
Art. SQAB: carbon steel sheets, quality S235JR EN10025.
Art. HEAT EXCHANGER: model BL20 with brazed plates in stainless steel, in a variable number depending on the selected kit, valves and fittings in copper/brass, domestic hot water circulator.

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
Internal anti-corrosion treatment made of thermosetting resin IDROFLON (P.T.F.E.).
Suitable for use with and consumption of drinking water in accordance with Italian Ministerial Decree D.M. 174/2004 and EEC Directive 76/893.
External anti-corrosion treatment by painting with anti-rust coating.

Protezione catodica:
Sacrificial magnesium anodes on threaded plug (standard – included).
Electronic anode (optional).

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI ENI 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
2 years against manufacturing defects.

Certificazione:
Compliant with PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Art. 4.3.
