Thermal energy storage tank with top inspection manway

Impieghi:
Closed-system inertial storage tank (Buffer Tank) designed for the accumulation and storage of heating system water.
The tank is equipped with a top inspection manhole, allowing the installation of a removable heat exchanger for semi-instantaneous Domestic Hot Water (DHW) production.
This version, without internal heat exchangers, is designed to increase the thermal inertia of the system and optimize the operation of the main heat generator.

Costruzione:
Carbon steel sheets of S235JR EN10025 quality.

Trattamento anticorrosivo:
External anti-corrosion treatment by application of anti-rust paint, untreated internally.

Isolamento:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L non-removable closed-cell rigid polyurethane, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RC for capacity from 800L removable rigid polyurethane shells, CFC- and HCFC-free, with Class B3 fire resistance according to DIN4102.
Mod. RF polyester fibre panel, eco-friendly and recyclable, with Euroclass B S2 D0 fire resistance according to UNI ENI 13501-1 standard.

Finitura esterna:
Mod. RG for capacity from 200L to 500L coloured ABS.
Mod. RF-RC coloured PVC with closing zipper.

Garanzia:
2 years against manufacturing defects.

Compliant with PED Directive 2014/68/EU, Art. 4.3.
