The terms available in the attached document govern all commercial relationships between the Customer and O.M.B. S.r.l. and are considered fully accepted upon submission of the order or, alternatively, upon signing the order confirmation. They remain valid for any subsequent orders, unless future revisions are issued. These terms, in effect
from 2026-01-01, supersede all previous versions. The terms of sale alone may be modified exclusively through written agreement between the parties; the warranty terms are not subject to waiver.
